The programme is divided into two parts, Naturopathy and Yoga. The naturopathy part focuses on providing knowledge of the body's natural healing abilities. On the other hand, Yogic Sciences teaches different yogic practices, principles and promotes physical and mental health. To be eligible for the course, students must have completed their 10+2 education with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory subjects. They must also score a minimum aggregate score of 50-60 per cent, 5-10 per cent relaxation for candidates belonging to the reserved categories.
